It's Just A Rash: How To Free Yourself From Your Fear Of Rejection

You already know what your dream is. You know where you want to go. You know who you want to be. You know how you want to show up.  But what if it isn't good enough? What if people hate it? What if they don't understand it at all? A lot of advice will tell you to "just do it anyway!" but does that actually help you overcome that fear? Not really... Because you're still imagining how mortifying it would be to get boo'd off that stage. Or how shitty it would feel to be rejected by someone you truly want to invest your time in romantically.  So, in the first episode [YAY!] of Naked & Noisy, we're talking all about the fear of getting started. We're focussing on what to do when you're ready to move forward, but it seems like one thing after another is in your way. Long story short... It's time to figure out what's not worth holding yourself back for. Sometimes it's just a rash and you get to let yourself to be loved anyway.
