Kristin Kaufman was very successful in the corporate world. She held positions many would envy and most would never reach. She was VP at United Health Group, VP at Vignett and Global Sales manager at Hewlett Packard. She was also on staff or faculty at SMU, University of Michigan and NYC Leadership Academy. Yet, one day she realized she was no longer aligned. Without a plan, without a parachute, she took a leap and quit her job.
