In this episode I chat with one of Cork's most fantastic ambassadors, John Coleman, aka "Concierge John", Concierge Manager of Fota Island Resort,  John has a great story complete with some big personal bumps along the way and at the tender age of 48 he decided to follow his dream and became a concierge at the Metropole Hotel.
