It's NFL Draft Day + Early Pacers/Bucks Game Three Preview!

(00:00-26:07) – Query & Company opens on a Thursday with Jake Query and producer Eddie Garrison discussing tonight’s NFL Draft. Jake reveals his early prediction as to what will happen tonight based off of comments made by Chris Ballard on Monday. Also, they create a bingo card of NFL Draft cliches and buzz words that will be mentioned frequently tonight. (26:07-43:02) – Tony East from Forbes Sports and Locked On Pacers makes his weekly visit on Query & Company to provide his opinion on what changes the Milwaukee Bucks should make for game three tomorrow night. Additionally, Tony assesses how the Pacers can retain Myles Turner this offseason and explains how Turner’s lack of rebounds doesn’t mean he’s not helping the team in the rebounding category. (43:02-46:11) – Hour number one concludes with Jake and Eddie giving away a pair of tickets for a listener to attend the Sonsio Grand Prix at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in a couple of weeks! (46:11-1:11:26) – The IndyStar’s Joel A. Erickson makes an appearance on Query & Company on draft day to rank the scenarios that Jake provides him from most likely to least likely. Joel also believes that Chris Ballard has tipped his hand a little bit with his comments at the NFL Combine, Owners Meetings, and on Monday at his pre-draft press conference. Finally, he weighs in on when the Colts pick will be announced and answers some trivia questions about his hometown in Wisconsin. (1:11:26-1:18:29) – Jake and Eddie shift the conversation back to the Indiana Pacers by previewing tomorrow’s game three in Milwaukee. They wonder what kind of changes the Bucks will make to try and overcome a two-game deficit against Indiana.   (1:18:29-1:27:03) – Hour number two concludes with Jake asking Eddie if he figured out who Franklin Pierce was. It leads to a conversation about obscure presidents, and Eddie strikes a nerve with Jake. (1:27:03-1:55:51) – Voice of the Indianapolis Colts, Matt Taylor, joins Jake Query on the show to provide his take on tonight’s NFL Draft. He believes that the Colts might be better off at tight end than some people will think, notes a couple of prospects he finds intriguing that could be in play for the Colts at fourteen, evaluates if the selection of a tight end would play in favor of Daniel Jones over Anthony Richardson, and weighs in on the NFL Draft buzz words/cliches that will be mentioned tonight.
