Its not about catharsis!
from CRAFT conversations
Little dive into why I believe our lives are a ceremony & how we can start living that way through taking radical self responsibility. This is a huge part of why I love dōTERRA - their oils and products give me the tools to take care of myself and my family without having to constantly outsource my power to external people (caveat - I do think there is a time and a place to work with a medicine man or woman, and to see a doctor, but I want more people to have access to self healing and thats what this is about!)
