It's Not Failing; It's Learning: Reframing Business Failures as Growth Opportunities

It happens to all of us. We hate it, we'd love to avoid it, and sometimes we pretend it never happened. What am I referring to? I'm talking about all of those times you've felt like a failure. When you didn't achieve your goals, everything felt like it went wrong, or you felt like you weren't far "enough." But in this podcast episode, I want to challenge that thought. Was it really a failure? I'm going to argue that actually it was just a huge learning experience. Whether it was something you learned about yourself, your business, other people, or the world you live in, that experience had/has something very valuable for you. It's offering you a lesson and giving you a path forward, showing you more clearly the path to your goals and ideas of success.
