It's not how, it’s who: grow your business through connection and community

Having an appropriate network is often quoted as one of the key barriers that holds female entrepreneurs back from success, but when you’re a mother, largely based at home, it’s even more of a challenge to find one. In this episode I share some of the science behind why we need other people to feel good, to do good work and to succeed. We look at why having a larger network of positive connections with other people makes life feel easier, makes us happier and makes us more likely to live long and succeed in life!  I also interview some inspirational female founders about why being part of a community of like-minded women helps them make progress in their life and business.
