"It's Not My Story Anymore" With Guest Mystic and Intuitive Holistic Healer Jeannine Kim

 Jeannine's  biological mother got pregnant In her early 20's and was unwed. Her family  sent her away for months to a facility in Evanston, IL,  for single mothers until her baby was born, never to speak of the incident again. Though it was a closed adoption, eventually my guest was able to track down her biological mother. The unfortunate part of the story was the unsettling abuse that Jeannine  suffered  at home from a young age. Jeannine was never good enough, she looked different than her adoptive parents and two younger, not biological siblings, she was fat, etc."The mental abuse was so tricky"shares Jeannine. A phrase she heard and felt on a regular basis was "you're only good enough if you.........  Fill in the blank with 'are pretty, skinny, look like us, etc.  Carol would repeatedly say, "girls are so bad, you are so fake, you don't know how to love anybody" continues Jeannine.  Very driven, my guest was  on a journey to find herself and her real mother. Jeannine says there was something inside her that was  silently directing her to things otherworldly and intangible.
