It's not Political, It's Spiritual - Nate Schatzline

The battle between faith and politics is fundamentally spiritual, not partisan. When believers retreat from public engagement, they abandon biblical convictions about protecting life, children, and religious liberty. Pastor Nate Schatzline's journey from California to the Texas State House of Representatives demonstrates how spiritual authority, not political maneuvering, creates lasting change. Like Gideon tearing down Asherah poles, believers must first address compromise in their private lives before God can use them for public reformation. Through prayer-centered engagement rather than traditional politics, Texas saw victories in banning gender surgeries for minors, restoring parental rights, and returning biblical values to classrooms. The question isn't whether you're qualified for the fight, but whether you're willing to obey God's calling. This message is by Pastor Nate Schatzline, Mercy Culture Church and For Liberty &  Justice.[Recorded 2026-06-14]Don’t forget to subscribe to this podcast.
