IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EASY : #296

I have consumed so much content and real life experience in my life regarding what was needed to transcend or evolve forward in consciousness.. it love and in life in general.. The difficult part of evolving .. and the beautiful part are both the same ... It's the fact that we may be able to exist in a conscious community of like minded humans... but the process of evolving through suffering is our own... Even if we are surrounded by people ..We do this part alone ...  UNTIL...   We remember that there is a narrative inside our minds that is fighting for us also... While this voice still isn't fully YOU... It is the part that knows you are worthy.. knows you are love... knows you are capable of SOOOOOO MUCH in this life ...  The process of getting to the point where we can allow that voice in our screen of awareness long enough to build up emotional momentum of alignment with it is called "suffering"... and there is an idea out there that makes this seem like a beautiful and flowing process... But for me.. and many people I speak with through this show.. It is messy.. it can be dark.. sad.. lonely and heartbreaking to move away from that egoic voice of insecurity and doubt or loss and sadness ..   But there is relief in just saying out loud or in your mind that you are well aware of how challenging this may be .. the degree of suffering you may enter into...  NOW we can do this from a place of knowing that on the other side of this suffering and with enough work and focus ... WE control the thoughts we allow .. and how we feel about them... We need to do the work to evolve ... and it's not supposed to be easy ... But it is WORTH it ...
