It’s Official… New EB-5 Regulations Finally Published

It has finally happened……and here is our take on the new EB-5 Regulation Changes less than a day they were announced. On Wednesday, July 24th, 2019, the new EB-5 program regulations were published in the Federal Register. In this episode, Mona, Rebecca, and Mark stay back late to discuss the new rules that will go into effect on November 21, 2019. EB-5 investors will be grandfathered under the $500,000 investment amount if the petitions are submitted prior to the effective date.
