It's OK if You Wake Up Feeling Crap about Yourself

from Create with Elyse · host Elyse-Anne

21: Trying to be positive all the time is a lie.⠀ ⠀ No one on this planet can be positive ALL the time. You can TRY and then think you're positive.⠀ ⠀ 🤷‍♀️But are you really?⠀ ⠀ You know in your heart of hearts that you're trying to avoid and run away from your own emotions. I woke up feeling crap about myself as if everything was falling apart and I felt useless and not good enough. It was crazy. This is a sure sign that EGO is taking over and trying to keep me safe. This is also an indication that you're ready for the next level of evolution.⠀ ⠀ 🙅‍♀️No one said this human journey is easy. If it were that easy, everyone would be doing it. Going back to emotions. Understand that YOU'RE are human being and YOU'VE emotions.⠀ ⠀ 🤷‍♀️If you don't then what's the difference between you and the robot? Society have continuously try to rob us from our feelings and trying to get us addicted to various things to run away from our own emotions. So that "THEY" can manipulate and control us. Imagine a life FREE from addictions!⠀ ⠀ 🧘‍♀️Being in touch and aware of your emotions is the secret key to creating a beautiful life. Your emotions lets you know where you are in your life right now. It requires a lot of love and courage to face yourself.⠀ ⠀ 😨When we feel sadness or anger, the ego will make you believe that it's a bad emotion because it doesn't make us feel good about ourselves. Basically it triggers our survival instinct. Once again, you're a human being.⠀ ⠀ 💃You'll experience anger, sadness, love, happiness and everything in between. The only difference between a "good" and "bad" emotion is the story you tell yourself.⠀ Remember to leave me a comment and get this conversation going. Enjoy the unfolding.⠀ ⠀ ❤Elyse-Anne
