It's Ok To Be Ok

from The Journey Beyond Divorce Hosted by Scott Brandt

We have to understand that stories have been told to us that really effects how we handle a situation. Miriam expressed that she felt bad for not feeling bad when the year anniversary arrived when her ex decided to walk away. That speaks volumes to just what has been programmed into our belief systems. It's ok to be ok, as we have to embrace our feelings and emotions and understand that each of us deal with a situation differently. Thank you Paul for being our special co-host for the episode while Scott was out for other obligations. We truly enjoy being able to spotlight others and their experience with the journey beyond divorce. Miriam and I want to thank everyone for your support.
