Eric, a 16 year Law Enforcement Officer in Southern California , joins me as my guest. His career has unfolded where he’s been a great role model for disenfranchised Latin youth and has been the face and representative for his Agency in international teaching and training to Latin American officers. With the highs, he has experienced the lows through 2 Officer involved shootings and other use of force incidents that have resulted in PTSD. He’s an incredible voice that speaks from the suffering and the healing process from the traumas he’s endured .
