“Send Coach John a message”I came across a simple yet powerful post - it’s been around awhile I think too, but it’s still as important as ever for all of us to digest this one.  It’s from Psyche Wizard (@PsycheWizard) and the reminder is this:  “The life you want is on the other side of discomfort. No shortcuts. No guarantees. Just decisions.” Yep… a short and simple reminder, yet for me, it’s difficult to keep it simple. It all comes down to choices.
