In this episode, I take you back to the early days of my ministry, when a Sunday school teacher failed to show up one Sunday, and I found myself being pushed into a position I wasn’t expecting. I stepped up, taught the class, and what seemed like a one-time favor soon became my weekly responsibility. Looking back, I realized there was a powerful lesson in that experience: you have to be prepared for the opportunities you’re praying for, even before they arrive. Whether you’re pursuing a leadership role, building a business, growing in ministry, or chasing a dream, your next level may require you to step into unfamiliar territory before you feel ready.
