Life is hard enough, let’s embrace the easy when we can.  In this bonus episode (no music, no intros, no fus) I’m reflecting on how it’s (often) easier for me to talk through memories on my podcast as opposed to type them on a blank screen. I make the following points: Easy is not bad or lazy - it means you have a talent for doing something so well that it feels effortless and even joyful.   What’s easy for you may be incredibly challenging for someone else.  Let’s not discard our skills as “anyone can do them” just because they feel effortless to us.  What are those things that come super easy to you?  Follow the short exercise in this episode to list them out, and then share in the FB group! When we create with ease, we do a better job - plain and simple.  We do it with peace and joy, and we bring more value to the world.   Guesting on a podcast is a potently effective way to share your story. Someone else’s interest, questions and curiosity will help bring your memories to the surface.    Got a story or an experience that would make a great blog article or memoir? I’d love to have you as a guest on my show and we can dig around together! Looter Shooter Show with Boom Boomtaplive Podcast covers looter shooters. News and commentary on all things looter shooter.Wanted to take a minute and talk about why I love this genre. I was a big MMO player and eventually I started having less and less time for those games. Also those games that were more tab targeting and a little slower pace became faster pace and MMO’s have a weird way about them where the faster they get the game play isn’t as strong in my option. I think of Black Desert Online and Blessed online and of course they are fine games, but not really my cup of tea compared to Warcraft Classic that to be honest I have already done and don’t exactly have the time for these days. Recently this translated into my enjoyment of the genre looter shooter which really is a shooter with a little bit of the MMO stuff I enjoy sprinkled in. For this cast, I am really talking about and giving news on shoorters that have elements of progression, loot systems and other ideas that make them appealing to me.
