Send us Fan MailModist Brewing has you covered for your THC and ABV fixDid you hear that Minnesota "accidentally" legalized weed?  The story circulated earlier this year and it's somewhat true.  They did unintentionally legalize hemp-derived THC edibles, like infused snacks, and drinks.  Way to go, Minnesota.Modist co-owner and head of marketing Daniel Paul Wellendorf chuckles when telling the story that opens our discussion on their Tint THC seltzers.  They keep the dosage pretty low at 3-5mg per can.  This is a chill kind of drink, not a baked out kind of drink.  They also have Pastry Lagers, (Thank you Lord for answering our prayers) along with "normal" beers like your NE IPA, West Coast IPA, some tasty fruited sours.  Wellendorf shares about their unique brewhouse that helps them brew with much less water than a normal brewhouse.  Being eco-friendly is a nice side effect but the main reason they have the brewhouse is to get as much out of their beers as they can.  We wander across other random topics this week as well.  Talk about our new Beer Caramelizer we can't wait to try, offer up beers for Spooky Season, and more talk of packaging sizes cause were kind of obsessed with that right now.Modist's beer is available in good chunk of Minnesota and select areas of Wisconsin, Ohio, Chicagoland, and...
