I’ve always said that my expectation (not prediction), is prices will fall 35%, on average, from 2022 peak to trough in 2025 with regional variations from -15% to -50% (yes nominal, not real, that’ll be even worse).Watch the video of this livestream here: https://youtube.com/live/ugxeTWMnGMQ And very far from “back peddling”, with the darkening economic clouds, it’s looking increasingly more like my expectations will be met with each passing day.
