It's Time to Free Ourselves from Fear by Lucas Mack

from The Lucas Mack Show · host Lucas Mack

In fear you are controlled. In fear you are slave. In fear you are weak.Fear comes from unhealed trauma. That’s the root of it.Trauma from our childhood.Trauma from being hit, spanked, threatened, bullied, molested, beaten, and worse. All traumas IF unhealed keep a person in a perpetual state of fear. And those aren’t the only traumas. There’s the trauma of perfectionism to earn praise from parents. The trauma of not being seen, heard, or acknowledged. The trauma of never being held, told you were worthy of unconditional love, or that whatever you became it wouldn't determine your worth.Yes, traumas come in all forms and it’s those traumas that keep us as grown adults repeating the patterns of the little children we once were so we wouldn't be hurt anymore. But, dear ones, the fear of pain and ultimately the fear of death has kept us from realizing our greatest gifts and potentials, which blossom from the soul who acknowledges that life isn’t guaranteed, but death certainly is.So, let us heal our traumas, face our fears, speak our buried and often forgotten pains and release the weight we’ve carried for so long worrying about what OTHERS think and what OTHERS say.Let us rather rise into our greatness and receive the love we’ve been craving and once and for all LIVE! Live and be not afraid to die, for when you do, the thing that truly dies won’t be your life (at least for now) but the trauma bonds and chains you’ve carried your entire life and in a moment you shall be FREE!
