It's Time To Grow Up

The Bible teaches us that as we grow up, we are no longer children. What do children do? They are tossed to and fro. What do adults do? They remain stable, not being tossed to and fro. As it is normal for a child to develop in all areas of life, so too the child of God must not only grow but grow up in the Lord. As believers, we are to leave the former infant lifestyle with constant fits and starts and we must mature into Christ who is the head. By submitting to the Lord and to leaders in the local church, we grow up spiritually and are then able to help others do the same. The Bible calls us to be childlike in our faith but to leave our childish ways behind and continue growing in the Lord. Let's get ready to find hope in Jesus, by listening to this message.
