It's Time to M.O.V.E.!

from The StressFreeMD Podcast · host Robyn Tiger MD

Today it is time to M.O.V.E.! In this episode, I share with you how you can use the word M.O.V.E. as a powerful acronym to get you to where you want to go in your life.  As physicians we tend to think methodically in an organized fashion and have learned a lot of things through the use of acronyms as an easy way to learn a list of things and to remember them. And acronyms are really fun! The M.O.V.E.  acronym gets you from point A to point B in your life. Whatever that goal may be….nothing is too small or too big. It can be super stressful when you want to achieve something and it seems like it is incredibly far away, out of reach, impossible….like it is “way over there"! May be it is related to your work, or a project you want to take on, a side gig, improving your relationship with another person (colleague, staff, family—partner, spouse, child, parent, sibling), or getting healthier – exercising, eating better, relieving your stress (now you know I am all about this one!)I find the best way to get something that seems complicated and out of reach which causes a lot of stress actually done, is to deconstruct it into smaller “bite size” digestible doable pieces. That is what M.O.V.E. does for you:M: Make a decision/Mean it/Must do/Massive actionO: Observe where you are/identify your ObstaclesV: Visualize your goal E: Execute/EvolveListen in to learn what each of these steps are and how to implement them to succeed at achieving your goals! I also have a M.O.V.E. sticky note right on my computer monitor that I look at every day to remind me how to get me to where I want to go!Earn CME:Reflect on how this Podcast applies to your day-to-day and earn AMA PRA Category 1 CMEs here: https://earnc.me/qv6XDKRegister for Rx Inner Peace: A Physician's Guide for Self-Care (25 CME):https://mahec.net/event/65278Physicians schedule your FREE 30 minute Stress Relief Strategy Call:https://go.oncehub.com/StressReliefStrategyCallFor more info and to sign up for free self-care tips, check out StressFreeMD!https://www.stressfreemd.net/Follow me on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/stressfreemd/Connect with me on LinkedInhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/robyntigermd/Physicians: join our free private physicians-only Facebook grouphttps://www.facebook.com/groups/thephysiciansselfcarecommunityFree Self-Care Videos:https://www.stressfreemd.net/free-self-care-videosExclusive physician CME accredited programming: Rx Inner Peacehttps://www.stressfreemd.net/rxinnerpeaceSelf-Care Shop--accredited programs for healthcare and open to everyonehttps://www.stressfreemd.net/selfcareshopPrivate 1:1 Coachinghttps://www.stressfreemd.net/[email protected] website:https://www.podpage.com/the-stressfreemd-podcast
