We take a closer look at a final study produced by the City of Toronto focused on enhancing safety measures for Parkside Drive by High Park where, tragically, two seniors were killed in a chain reaction crash and many collisions have taken place over the last decade. Does the plan go far enough in making the road safer for residents?
