It's Time To Speak Up And No Longer Be Silent on Social Injustice

We are in a difficult time on so many levels and we have a moral crisis.  Today on the Cara Podcast we bringing awareness to #BlackLivesMatter and this is a time bring us together to abolish inequity.  It starts with all of us, we must not be SILENT and use our VOICE.WE MUST ACT:  Think critically about how you can use your power to effect change. People value words of understanding and encouragement, but leaders’ and organizations’ actions have a more lasting impact. We must be better, we must end this moral crisis.  We may not have the perfect words.  But start first with calling your black friends and let them know they are loved, they matter, you are standing with them to bring equality to black lives.Much Love,The Cara Podcast Team
