In this episode, I share my recent experiences over the last month or so that I've taken a baby hiatus. Keeping myself accountable and holding myself to extreme standards ride a fine line, and I've been navigating what it means to compassionately guide yourself through the darkness. The transitions in my life have most definitely been paralleling the changes outside my window, and as always, the seasons have been helping me reflect on guidance and wisdom. Spring is here to wake us up, but don't let that discourage you. We needed the winter to rest and rejuvenate so that we may now bloom and shine all season long.
