It's time to stop complaining!

Yep, you heard me, no more complaining, and actually your challenge this week is to stop complaining and instead start focusing on what's going right! You might be surprised at the difference that can make in your life!

Complaining makes nothing better and generally makes things a lot worse. Why? Because like attracts like! When we complain, we pull in more things to complain about, which is why I'm suggesting that there's no better time than the present to stop complaining!

If you want to learn more about the benefits of making this change, tune into this week’s podcast where I tell you all about why this is one of the smartest things you can do right now to improve your life.

I also want to remind you that you're invited to join me for my upcoming Book Club! We'll be reading and discussing the book "I Need Your Love - Is That True?" by Byron Katie and we're starting on July 15.

Plus, if you join now, you'll be automatically entered for a chance to win a 90-minute Facilitated Session of The Work of Byron Katie with me, which is a $150 value.

This book examines a universal, age-old source of anxiety: our relationships with others and Katie helps you question everything you've been taught about love and approval.

NOTE: You can enter the contest without joining the Book Club, hit the link here for all the details, and be sure to check out the freebies there, too!
