It’s Time We Pressure Republican Judges the Same Way the Left Does | 3/27/24

We can’t unilaterally disarm in the battle of the courts when courts, unfortunately, decide every important political issue. If the Left is going to pressure judges to rule one way, then we need to play hardball with them as well. Today, I delve into yet more hypocrisy from the Trump-appointed Supreme Court justices who eagerly grant standing to the Left and take up their appeals to strike down red-state laws but then deny our appeals or standing to sue Democrat overreach in the political branches. We use the oral arguments in the chemical abortion drug case as a perfect example. I also discuss how we have no strategy to mobilize a successful political movement on a single issue because it’s at odds with the economics of political discourse.  Learn more about your ad choices.
