it’s winter arc season

Welcome to the second episode of Just Existing!  The great lock in is upon us. I’m doing a winter arc for the second year running and I know it doesn’t seem like a “me” thing to do but it’s necessary after being so outside all summer.It helps me getting through the time of year when everything slows down, gets a bit darker, and you start reflecting (or spiralling… depending on the day).
