But I actually see it as a competency recession. Too many people have been sold promises by coaches without the experience, depth, or skill to deliver real transformation. And the result? After 30 years of building and scaling four successful companies, and nearly a decade coaching clients online to create in demand personal brands and filled out offers, I've decided it's time to put my money where my mouth is.
