I’ve never watched Stranger Things — should I start now?

Some big news dropped over Christmas weekend with new episodes from the final season of Stranger Things. That got me thinking: I’ve never actually watched the show. With so much TV out there, it just never happened. I love nostalgia and comedy, but I’m not big on horror or heavy violence. Would this show still be for me?
