I’m Amanda! I am a Level 3 personal trainer and fitness instructor. I am also trained in pre and post natal exercise. I have been qualified for 7 years, working in a wide range of gyms and I have taught a wide variety of classes alongside doing 1-1 and small group sessions.I run mum and baby fitness classes in order to create a safe space for mums to workout, with or without the children as I know how important it can be for both our physical and mental health.I’ve created a podcast with mums, for mums, to talk about all things mum life.
