To commemorate and celebrate the struggle of women for emancipation and working class solidarity, today a speech by Nawal Al Saadawi. Al Saadawi died in March last year so we’re coming up to her 1 year anniversary. This speech is called Creativity, Dissidence, and Women and was delivered five months after the start of the Egyptian revolution, in May 2011
