J.D. Scholten Man on a Mission to End MLB Blackouts

J.D. Scholten is a man on a mission to end MLB Blackouts in Iowa, but J.D. also has an interesting story about making his first appearance pitching in the Dubuque County Semipro baseball league in the Peosta Cubs Tournament.  J.D. is a former retired baseball player and current pollical figure who loves to talk baseball.  He described Dubuque very well in my opinion using three words baseball, beer, and bible.  This is a fun episode about how and outsider looks at our baseball community.
