Jac Caglianone Shines in Home Town

Jac Caglianone lit up the Tampa Bay night sky with two homers in the Royals’ 12-5 rout of the Rays, tying for AL lead in June homers and riding a six-homer streak. Playing in front of hometown fans, the sixth-round draft pick turned the tide with a four-run inning, helping Kansas City surge ahead. Meanwhile, the struggling Rays lost their eighth in 11 games, falling three back of the Yankees. Royals’ Luinder Avila shone with a gem, while Rays’ Shane McClanahan struggled with six runs — mostly unearned. The Royals and Rays clash again tonight as Caglianone’s breakout season continues to roar. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
