He is also the co-author of The Guru Investor: How to Beat the Market Using History's Best Investment Strategies. Jack graduated from the honors program of the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics and is a CFA charterholder. Prior to founding Validea Capital, Jack spent five years developing quantitative models for an Internet research company. He also worked as a controller for a small company and an analyst for a Big Five accounting firm. Jack co-founded Validea Capital in 2004.
