Jack Frost- Episode 1: Trust Issues

In this side story set in 1998, a new Delta Green aligned team responds to a mass fatality event in Willis, Alabama. A sudden and localized cold snap has frozen an entire town solid, including animals, insects, and people indoors. The agents are briefed on Operation Weather Watcher and divided into teams to conduct autopsies, analyze strange radiation readings, review meteorological data, and interrogate civilians detained at the quarantine line. Early evidence suggests the event cannot be explained by conventional weather, lightning, or known radiation sources.
