Jack The Envious Interview

The Dukey Radio Show welcomes post-hardcore metal band 'Jack The Envious' into the studio. We chat with Nir, Guy and Chuck from the group about the challenges of relocating to London from their native Israel, the benefits of having a "night time party manager" and how they juggled metal AND the military service in their early years. And, after a long absence, Slutty Sue returns with an update on her very specialised cleaning regime in deepest South London. To top things off, Irene also follows Jack The Envious's lead by the closing the episode with her own interpretation of a Gorillaz classic. Warning: The pensioner gives the De La Soul rap parts from 'Feel Good' a serious run for their money. She also kicks off the episode with her highly emotive rendition of Dukey's favourite track from our guest's forthcoming release - 'In Your Own Way.
