Hailed for her impeccable attention to finessing low-end, Jaclyn Sanchez is bringing analog back into the mix. Nicknamed Jackie BOOM by legendary drummer Steve Jordan during a Bettye LaVette session for her energetic, present demeanor, the alias captures her ability to fuse analog depth with pop clarity for a sonic experience that hits like a record. She has worked with music icons including Lauryn Hill, Anderson .Paak, Robert Glasper, and Common. Her credits include a Grammy Award for Album of the Year with Jon Batiste, a Grammy nomination for her work with H.E.R., and a Latin Grammy win with Cultura Profética. Beyond the studio, Jaclyn advocates for community through authentic sharing of personal and professional experience.
