Jackie had a Natural Birth at the OB Clinic

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Jackie. Jackie is a mum of one from Florida, USA, and at the time of recording only 2 weeks postpartum! She and her husband decided to go off birth control and try for a baby during the lockdowns in 2020 and ended up falling pregnant almost immediately. Jackie decided to go with a OB clinic, and even though they didn’t believe that she would have a natural birth they supported her wishes. Jackie shares her birth preparations with us today and her strong belief in her own ability to birth her baby naturally. And with that belief in combination with a supportive OB and husband, as well as an unusual early labour process, Jackie ended up having an empowering and natural birth in the hospital.
