The Summit League men's and women's basketball tournaments tip off a week from Wednesday. North Dakota State will be the No. 1 seed in both tourneys. How did both Bison teams climb to the top? In beating North Dakota on Saturday, did the South Dakota State men find their formula for a three-day rally in Sioux Falls? If so, is there reason to believe they'll follow it for three games? What about the South Dakota men? They have lost three straight after beating the Jackrabbits a couple weeks ago. "State vs U," round 2, is Saturday in Vermillion. On the women's side, how much better equipped are the SDSU women to beat USD in Saturday's rematch in Brookings?
