Jackson vs Tri-Valley (September 2, 2022)

The Jackson Ironmen experienced heartbreak and deep disappointment for the second straight week after a close loss decided in the final minutes against a quality opponent. Losing hurts, but not playing up to one’s potential and making too many mistakes is just as troubling. Last Friday night, the spiritual punch to the gut came in a 14-13 loss on the road to the Tri-Valley Scotties  (2-1). The Ironmen missed the potential game-tying extra-point kick after scoring a touchdown with 2:05 remaining in the game.
