Through her extensive medical experience,ROZ  realized an urgent need for quality health care in her area. In 2009, SHE put her experience to work, opening “Jacksonville's Best Caregivers,” a home health care agency providing 1 on 1 service to clients and specializes care to the needs of each patient. She provides short and long-term in-home health care to Northeast Florida.
