Jacob spent much of his life grasping for blessing, but near death he finally recognised that God had shepherded him through every failure and sorrow. His failing eyes could not see well, yet faith saw his life clearly. Jacob’s crossed hands placed younger Ephraim first, showing that grace does not follow the world’s rankings.
