Jacquie Henderson '17 works in strategy and operations for a seven hospital health system that serves communities in New York's Hudson Valley and in Western Connecticut. When the virus hit, her responsibilities quickly shifted. In this episode, Henderson talks about how her CBS experience helped her set up freestanding testing sites and "uptrain" the staff to take on new tasks and assignments.
