Jaguars Dominate Season Opener | Jacksonville News

The Jaguars obliterated the Browns 34-10 in a statement season opener, with Trevor Lawrence delivering a career-best passing performance and the defense shutting down Cleveland’s run game. Coached by Liam Coen, the team earned top marks on offense and defense, though special teams need work. Lawrence’s deep ball accuracy and the receivers’ contested catches led to an A-rated passing attack, while the run game got a solid B-plus. The defense was nearly flawless, earning an A-plus for run stopping and a B-plus for pass coverage. With a dominant start, Jacksonville sets the tone for a promising season.
