Yoga On Dub - Thu. March 21stYoga On Dub is an innovative and enjoyable approach to the practice of Yoga, which (loosely) means "to unite," conducted by the international Reggae artist Jah9, a certified Yoga Instructor, and her Dub Treatment Band. The band plays medatative dub music to accompany the slow and steady movements. It's a beautiful experience which has been getting rave reviews all over the globe. Jah9 is certified in Kemetic Yoga and trained in Ashtanga, Iyengar & Yin methods. The Yoga On Dub experience returns to Atlanta for one evening. Admission includes a light meal with specialized tea and chef demos from great vegan and vegetarian chefs. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own mats, and mats are provided for those who come without.
