First, The plaintiff claims his former friend and her partner stole his tools and bike from his storage unit while he was in jail, so he’s suing. The defendants insist the plaintiff received his property when he got out of jail, and this is a bogus lawsuit. Then, The plaintiff used to have a great relationship with his daughter, the defendant, until she married her controlling husband. The plaintiff is suing her daughter because he claims she and her husband owe him for utility bills from when they were living in his home.
