Garci is the founder of Carter’s Cheeseteaks by Garci, the first Black-Owned business to be featured in the Chinatown Neighborhood of Philadelphia. On Feb. 27th, Cheese Steaks by Garci will be hosting a community event at Chinatown Square- 1016 Race Street, where they will be giving food away to over 300 people in the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan.
