His love of books and movies comes from his childhood, and he shares with us his journey and experience he has gained towards becoming the creative genius he is!  We talk to James about juggling being in the film industry with whānau time and how his forecast strategy helps him to prepare for the week ahead especially if it looks stressful. James also talks about the experience he has had working from home being a director and meeting the expectations of his role.
