James Montague owner of F7 international development on his new book

A well known name in Raleigh for his business moves, and his work to help others is James Montague, he is a real estate developer with multiple projects including affordable rental housing for the elderly, single family affordable homes homes and shopping centers. He's helped build a Women’s Birthing Hospital overseas and established Sister city programs abroad. Born and raised in southeast Raleigh.
